I became Great Grandfather last week

My Grand Daughter gave birth to twin girls eight days ago. She was only 29 weeks but the babies are doing well. The babies will have to stay in the hospital for about 5 more weeks. Grand Daughter is doing well and was released from the hospital on Friday last week.

Please pass along my encouragement to your grand daughter and her husband. I know how having your baby in the hospital can strain one emotionally and physically. They are going to need some support. We only had to deal with it for three days. I was a mess.

I'm going on number 8 great grand child so welcome to the club. My grand kids range in age (those with kids) from 25 down to 21. And here I am only 67 myself. But I guess that is what happens when one marries young. Congratulations to your grand daughter and yourself for sure. :-PYes

Congrats, and well wishes for the mother and babes. I just got my 1st grandson ,5th grand babe.

My oldest boy was 6-8 weeks premy. The Drs all said ''he's likely to be slow probably and probably stunted'',well 27 yr later he's sporting 136 IQ at 6'1'' 175# ,thank God for stunted growth he could have been a giant genius..
