I have 5 or 6 moulds that cover all the bases for pistol (revolver) shooting in .38/.357 and .44 special/.44 mag. A couple moulds that work well for light loads, plinkers and target loads, a couple HP moulds that are great for self defense type boolits in .38's and .357's, and a .357 and .44 mag mould for hunting boolits for the wifes and mine contenders.

It's nice to be satisfied with what you have and not be 'wanting'.

If I'm going to die I'd rather die on my feet, than on my knees. The 2nd Amendment is not about hunting ....... it's about our freedom and killing tyrants. Anyone not in favor of individuals possessing firearms or the right to keep and bear arms ... is a tyrant.

I currently don't need anymore molds. But I do NEED a firearm in a few calibers to fire all the bullets I can make. I'm still trying to figure out why I buy when I can't shoot them.....oh wait. It's a reason to buy a new firearm :)

And there are plenty of molds that I want

You need a 45ACP and a 45 Colt. Plus there are a whole bunch of rifles that you need to get so you can buy molds for them. As I type this I reaized that I was only partially joking. Cast boolits are a real sickness.

I doubt I will eve get to that point, as I am just getting started, and in just the couple of months, i have added four calibers, geesh.

I had those same thoughts a few years ago...then I discovered the custom mold makers and about a dozen molds later ...,well you know how it goes. It has been a couple of years since I added the last one, but I have yet to call Tom at Accurate mold and have him make me one of my own design. I know that is just a matter of time. I also suspect that I will need more 44 molds cause I don't have as many at Blammer. I hope to be like Blammer if I ever grow up.

Have fun with this stuff.

Maybe you don't NEED anymore but you know you want them. I'm with Hamish, I think you hit your head or had some kind of episode.

When you have moulds for every caliber you shoot, at least 2, it's time to buy a new gun!

Just go hang out in the group buy section for awhile. It won't take long. I only go there when I have money.

Wiser words can't be spoken. Almost all the buys I'm part of are closed. I don't go into that section for a reason.

I have 8 different molds for the 44, and just three for the 45, (couple that can be HP or not). Felt like I was pretty set, so I am going to buy a 357Magnum!

NOW, I have a mold shortage!

Just when you think you have enough molds, always looks for a creative way to cause a shortage. :)

I think that I have all the moulds that I need. I have something for every firearm I own. Guess I'd better buy a new gun, or try some different nose shapes now.

I don't need any more molds...on second thought...

I need a 490 RB mold, a 6 cavity 205 gr .429 dia RNFP, a couple of .312- .314 molds for my 303 Brit, oh yeah almost forgot a couple of 9mm molds.

I got to quit this or Mid South is gonna end up with my wife's money and then she will be mad at me.

Best wishes,

Joe

Beat me to it, lot$ of great idea$ there. If that doesn't work then it's time for a new rifle, maybe even a handgun. I have a few years worth of projects lined up but if I start taking better care of myself I can still add a few to the list, and the best ones start with a shiny new mould. :-)
