i always think of the stick on ww as soft lead. i traded some to a friend. he made up some ingets and said they rang like a bell when hit together. he uses it for black powder. what do you think?

The stick ons I've seen have all been soft lead. But it's risky saying something like wheelweights will always be made of a certain alloy. What you get is what you've got.

I recently hand-sorted half a bucket of WW's and found maybe 15-20 ZN stick-on. The were all stamped ZN which was the give-away!

I have also encountered stick ons that were unmarked but very hard. Don't know what they were, tossed em".

[smilie=1:For my mzlders & C&B pistols I only buy RBs or cast what I KNOW to be pure PB. Has worked for 33 years. Ain't broke, don't fix.
