I was looking at a copy of Lymans 47th Edition reloading manual and lo and behold on page 109 in the disscussion of bullet lubes, is not only mention of but a picture as well of Lyman Liquid Alox. I don't remember ever hearing of that particular product. How is it that Lee's version took off but Lymans is non-existant? The things that make ya go hmmmmmmmmmm............

I saw a pint jar of Ly once. It was a pale yellow and slick. The user was neither a fan of lee products or this as he said it took too long to dry. He would never have used LLA on principle. Gianni

Well do not know who came first or care as the Lee stuff works just fine for me it is all I use except for my muzzle loading I make my own lube for that.

Glenn Larsen sells the stuff too, at a right friendly price I may add.

Check out his White Label lubes through the link at the bottom of the page.

Think there was a GB as well not so long ago so Lee isn't alone in the LA market.
