Just want to give an introduction. I have been lurking around this site for over a year or two, been casting just as long. Want to say thanks for all of the great information that is available through this site as well as the group buy molds (One of the many reasons why I got a user name setup)
Casting for several calibers at this time as well. 38/9mm/357, 45 acp/colt/muzzleloader, 44, 475, and looking into 22 once midsouth has some molds back in stock. This site has made me want to buy more and more molds even though I am fairly content with my current setup. Been glad to use the various lube recipes this site offers as well as going to try the Hitek coating as well.
Just a big thanks and hope to chime in on some discussions off and on.

So much good info, in fact, that the native search function on this site can't always handle things. Montana Charlie was nice enough to hook us up with a custom Google search shortcut that works well:

I have been using the google search with site:castboolits.gunloads.com quite a bit, will need to compare that one, certainly looks easier.
Have been working on hoarding lead, hard to come by at a decent price. Sitting on ~400 lbs, so not a bad start. Had an uncle that use to do a lot of metal salvage, watched probably 10-20 ton go to the scrap yard for 15 cent a lb.....missed opportunity there!
