Bought small pistol primers at Wal-Mart today. Couldn't have a brick but 500 per each was allowed. They had IMR 4350 and IMR 4831 and several other powders that I don't use.
Bought a brick of large rifle primers from a LGS and they had plenty of powder including Unique. The 150 grain 30 cal. bullets I use are plentiful now.............Life is Good for this old man.

Our Walmarts around here have even quit selling guns! I never knew they sold reloading supplies! They never have around here.

And they STILL don't have any ammo to speak of. Grrrrr!

None of the WM's that I have ever been in sold reloading supplies. I think it has a lot to do with the manager that takes care of the sporting goods section but I could be wrong.

Now, if I could just find some 22 rim fire ammo, I would be pleased.

they seem to be few and far apart though.

Down South,
If you happen through Nebraska stop in out little town and I'll loan you a couple of bulk-packs until things straighten out again.

The closest Walmart quit selling semiauto guns after Newtown, the one five miles further away had 4 AR15s the other day. Guess who is getting my business from now on.

The wm in Boone NC had a very good reloading section years ago. I was amazed and asked the clerk. He said it was all up to the store manager. Take it for what's it's worth.

I appreciate the offer. I don't know of any reason that I might be that way in the near future but if I do, I'll give you a shout.
I had a buddy that claimed that he could get 22 ammo from a hole in the wall LGS near his home and he had a new bulk carton of some 22 target grade ammo so I bought that off him for what he paid for it.

That's what I was told once myself, that the manager controlled what they sold. I sure wish we could get more WM managers that liked reloading.

My nearest Wal Mart has guns in stock even a few AR15 types but not much ammo to be had.I also have never seen any reloading supplies at any that I have visited.

Next time you are in Walmart ask how to get them to stock supplies you need. Make a request they stock reloading supplies. Then get all your friends to do the same. If enough people ask it just might happen, because their distribution system is already set up to handle it.
