This was made from a kit but given much flair by the builder. This gun was built by Ric Carter (waksupi)
it is a 54 caliber flintlock with a Large Siler lock tuned by waksupi, curly maple stock. this rifle has a green mountain .54 caliber barrel with a 1:66 twist rate for round balls. the trigger is a single trigger.
I am selling this rifle due to my wife being hurt and out of work for the last 2 months we have gotten behind and have to catch up. I am asking $1800 for this rifle. the buyer will also get a box of goodies with it.

While I have not seen this rifle, I have seen many muzzleloaders made by Ric - all well made, emphasis on being light and well balanced with exceptional triggers. . . . Oh, yeah. Ric will be making between two and four rifles for me as quickly as barrels are ready for him.

Let's see if we can let him keep his rifle. I know what medical bills can amount to. And I know what it's like to sell something that is near/part of you. It is really HARD to do. This rifle is probably offered up for sale because it is one of the most valuable rifles to him he owns. This site has over 29,000 members. If 10% of our members can send $5.00 we can raise $14,500 towards medical/other bills and he can keep his prize rifle. This site is without question the most informative, helpful, personal and caring site I have ever joined and the members appear to sincerely care about the other members. Let's step up and help. PM sent for mailing address.

Please post address to mail financial gifts to, and don't sell the rifle just yet! Since there are several members who probably won't see this in time, I will give for me plus 9 of the ones that won't see it. $50

Prayers for you and your wife,

Shameless bump.
Needed the snail mail address, post 17 if you're looking. Paypal a few posts down. Been a financial disaster for me this week but the hospital bills haven't showed up yet, I can afford to help a good man when he's down.
