In case anyone out there is taking an over the counter omeprazole that comes 14 tablets to a bottle, the plastic silicagel capsules inside some brands are a snug fit in a .54 bore and the inside of the capsule is a snug fit for a .457 boolit.

Think that capsule would make it out of the bore before being shredded? Hmm. Now if only I had a .54.....

No doubt plastic fouling would occur. I'm gonna collect a few and see what they do with a short stack of lube impregnated fiber cards on top of the powder and a LBT .458" 270 grainer in the "sabot". That's probably short enough for the 48" twist. Muzzleloading is a tinkerers haven.
