Folks, I'm looking for bullet size suggestions for the 10mm Delta Elite Semi-Auto pistol. Will be using Lyman #2 or sweetened WW alloy. Suggestions are welcome from others who have cast these bullets for the Colt. What size worked best for you? .400 / .401 / .402?

.401 has worked best for me using a Lee 6 cav lube type, 175 gr. has worked in many 40's & 10's

This; couldn't have said it better. Pretty much a 10mm bore is a 10mm bore unless the Colts have throat or leade issues. You could always slug the bore.

My kimber slugged at .4005" so I use them as dropped from my RCBS 200gr mold at .402
