Well I do!

This is that 3 crimp groove 2 lube groove flat point.

This is my 25 yard target with my 357 mag Levergun. Using 11gr of W296 sized to .358.

I traded for these boolits and I'll have to look into getting a mould of the same.

It's 178gr and I believe it was a custom mould from a GB here from Lee.

Yep, its mine. Honcho'd by Boomer Mikey. Talk to him about another run. I've shot a 1-1/4" 5 shot 100 yd. group from a very stubborn 357 Mag. H&R rifle thats got a long chamber and almost no throat already with it. Another run would be welcome.

If you do another run, why don't you post it here for those of us who haven't done group buys before.

I'd really like to get in on this....I'm thinking that it would be really great if we could find someone willing to Honcho it outside of Lee.....I'd prefer a brass or Iron Mould if possible.

Actually, the bullet is the "red-head stepchild" of 45 2.1's. Honcho'd by Jeff223 - original/modified/original/modified (insert whichever side of the fence you were on) .360 nose/.360 body 180gr RNFP (don't want to dredge up all that, but guess there are good applications for everything).

I'm sure glad they worked out for you, that's fantastic compared to what they've done for me. I'll have to work on the time to keep testing in my H&R Handi.

Were those from 357 mag cases & are they from the heaviest sorted group?

Don't mine taking credit for pouring them, but, all you folks on this forum deserve most of the credit - I haven't even been pouring a year so far. I first checked out this site Sept of last year while stuck at home recovering from neck surgery - got a couple new titanium plates pushing on my swaller-pipe.

Glad a finally got some right. Let me know when you need some more. They shoot good out of my M15 S&W also.

Cayoot,
Blammer loves honchoing NEI buys. I bet if you asked he would get in a huddle with 45 2.1 and get a fastandquick quality NEI group buy in your choice of mould metal.

Actually, your wrong. This is the original version, not a stepchild, that Jeff wanted changed to a 0.360" nose, which I wouldn't do in mid-stream. I did not modify it, Tom Meyers and Jeff did without my permission. Jeff does not own any part of the intellectual rights to this drawing whatsoever.

If this gets re-run, I know of at least two guys that would be in for it.

the bullet shown, has a nose of .360 dia right infront of the top crimping groove.

45 2.1 what was the dia you put on it right above the top crimp groove?

On Boomers original GB thread, you said you were going for two. You should already have these. How'd they shoot?

Oops, my apologies. The original boolit had a 0.352" nose, not 0.360". This seems to be the altered boolit from Jeff and Tom Meyers.

My apologies to OBXPilgrim also. The original design was mine and this actually is the "red-headed stepchild". Sorry fellas.

So Blammer, can we please get you to consider being the "Honcho" on this boolit in a brass or iron mould with NEI?
