I accidentally ordered a 220v Lee 20lb pot a while ago and never got around to returning it. Is it feasible to modify it for 110v, or am I better off just selling it and buying another?

IMHO: Install a 220 outlet or hardwire to 220 . Its effeciency suggests economy and service.

You need to change out the Infinite Control and the heating element.

Would replacing the Infinite Control be necessary if I planned to build out a PID unit? It looks like I can get a heating element for about 9$ which may be a slightly better deal than buying a new pot and selling the old one.

Not necessary if you use a PID. But you will need to wire around it.
