So I'm using the lee .356 120 TC
Alloy is ACWW with some Linotype added.
Sized to .358 and lubed with BAC, sitting over 4.9 grains of unique, and loaded to 1.065"
Hoping for decent accuracy out of the wife's S&W M&P compact, but more important, no leading!
Lucky for me, the boolits drop from the mold at .359"
Oh yeah. Mixed brass and CCI SPP used.
I'll report back after we get a chance to shoot them.

Sounds like you have a very high probability of success with that
recipe.

Sounds like a good load, I use the BAC in my pistol rounds along with Unique powder. I loaded up some MP 9mm HP with Bac and 4.7 grains of Unique at 1.10 OAL this afternoon. The Springfield likes em and boy they mushroom out.

Waco, that sounds good, but I think you're wasting your lino there---not needed. LBS

Shedhunter, what alloy for the nice mushrooming, and what were you shooting into?

If the boolits are dropping big enough, you are on your way. Will they still be gig enough yu you eliminate the lino?? Have you tried it that way??

My 9's insist on .358 for they leave a little lead where it don't belong. They're happy with .358, so that's what they git. Mike

I'll have to try with out the Lino. I must say I was surprised at how fat they dropped for being a lee mold. Most I have drop on the small side.
