72786 As most of us that are known by family and friends to have the gun habit, I got a "maybe you can do something with this" box the other day.
It was like Christmas!All kinds of goodies,bullets, cases, .410 hulls, several hundred rounds of 38 special with cast wadcutters and a bunch of the rifle bullets in the attached Pic.
They are 30 caliber, 309, some checked and some not, and right near 180 grains. a hair over w/checks
I think they may be just the ticket for my old US 30-40.
Does anyone out there recognize the mold?. I am curious. Also this box must have been stored in a warm spot as most of the lube on all the bullets is goopy and melting.
Think I will need to clean them up and re-lube.
Thoughts?
