Family, I am writing to ask for prayers for my Mom-in-Law; this morning during a diagnostic colonoscopy, the Dr.'s found a mass that is practically blocking the transverse colon. She had been losing weight, and had difficulty moving her bowels. Now we know why. Pathology has not determined what kind or stage of cancer, so we are hoping for a benign tumor. We'll see.

I am one of the fortunate guys in this world who loves his MIL, and she him.
Wilma is good people.

Anita (my wife) is really edgy right now, so a prayer for her would be appreciated.

Thanks, gang.

Inbound for all of you involved. You are lucky to have a good relationship with her. I get along great with my inlaws as well (usually) and it sure makes the marriage easier.

Prayers sent.

Well, guys, if it ain't one thing, it's another; Anita's grandmother went into hospice care after a week in the hospital with respiratory failure. It started with pneumonia, and went downhill from there. Anita is a basket case right now, because, on top of all of this, her favorite uncle just got diagnosed with leukemia.

A person can only be so strong, and then he asks for help; I'm asking. Please pray for Anita's frame of mind and perseverance through these tough times. Even though she is the toughest woman I have ever met, she is at her limit.

Thanks, family.

Tim

O.K., time for an update; Anita's mom had surgery Thursday morning, and the doc's seem to have gotten it all. Pathology hasn't come back with the results, yet, but, the doc seems enthusiastic. She is up and around, but still in recovery, and we are all praying hard.

Thanks, family, your prayers have not been in vain, nor gone unnoticed.

Good news! Mom is coming home tomorrow! Pathology came back with negative results across the board! Anita's uncle is responding well to his chemo already, and Grandma Hudson is doing better! Thank You, God!
