Custom Sizer Die for Lymsn 4500

I ordered a bullet mold from Accurate Molds. I need a Sizing Die for a Lyman 4500 diam. of .382 for a 38-55 round. Tom at Accurate Molds said there was a guy that is a member of this forum that goes by the name of Buckshot. Tom said he maid sizing dies and I don't know where to start to find him. Any help would be great! Mike
