How about a video?

The paper target is in the second half of the video:

BSA Martini 310 Cadet. 5 Shots at 25 yards. The mould is a castboolits six cavity group buy from Lee. It drops all six heeled boolits at a consistent .322 using a 20/1 pb/sn mix. I simply tumble lube in LLA. 4.2 gns of Unique and thumb seated (no crimp). They go through the chrony at 1065fps with an es of 24fps.

Ahhh, but my son actually did the mutation of Barney into ZOMBY BARNEY. Nothing more fun then shooting Barney's and shooting zombies, other then shooting Barney zombies.

Nice gun! Over here we have enough space to shoot targets at 100 yards with a rifle. :) What kind of shell is that behind the target!?

Have just got access to a 100 yard, I'll have to shoot that little cadet and post a 100 yard target. As for the shell, I have no idea. I picked it up in a local antique shop. Measures an inch straight. Boer war era????????

All right, I'm in. This was last year's model, but I haven't had much time lately to do it again.

I've only been shooting/practicing the .22 for a month and have shot two competitions. Hopefully, I can shoot this well or better across the course at the Camp Perry Nationals.

That looks like a 300 meter IBS score target.

My targets are no big deal as far as accuracy goes, but these 3 do tell a story; a story about a rifle I have wanted since I read about the 338-06 cartridge in the Nosler Number Three reloading manual in 1989.

I couldn't afford the few Weatherby rifles that were produced in 338-06, and the Coopers, Dakotas and customs were way out of my reach.

I won a converted Savage on Gunbroker for a few hundred dollars, but then never got around to getting dies and bullets for almost 4 more years. I sure couldn't afford to buy the Weatherby or Nosler Custom ammo!

I loaded up a box of 20 rounds with Hornady 225's and AA4350 and went to the range one afternoon. The scope was taken off another rifle, a Ruger 10/22.

The scope sucked, the rifle was a bare bones conversion and that scope wasn't even bore-sighted on the rifle... and me with only 20 rounds and fading sunlight.

It took me a bunch of rounds to even get on the paper (12!!!).. at 25 yards! Pathetic, really.

Then this mess at 50 yards; even worse, and totally frustrating!

I made sure all the screws were tight on the rifle and scope/mounts, etc., but noticed one screw on the bottom of the stock was missing. So I shot my last 5 rounds on this target and thought, "finally, some semblance of a group." I know I pulled that shot on the left, there, so I have high hopes for this rifle! 8-)

My 9mm j-word load, back when I was developing it:

My range time in recent years has been far and few between, so sadly I yet to have an opportunity to fully develop a go-to boolit load.

This load works very well in the gas gun with no leading, unsure what alloy it is, was gifted with several pounds of it...will cry when I run out.

I've posted this one before so I don't even know if it qualifies or not. It's one of my most accurate loads out of my K31.

With an internet rife with exaggeration and outright lies, I thought I'd get one of our range masters to pose with my target
in order to prove it's authenticity. He turned out to be a shy range master.

The five shot group at top center is the NOE 200 grain Spitzer on top of 16.8 grains of 2400 powder at 200 yards. (my K31 is scoped) The various dispersed bullet holes along the bottom and sides were the Lyman 130 grain cast bullet. I tested them first on the same target for bullet drop.

This paper target should really be turned 90 degrees counter clockwise to show its true position while being shot at. With the K31 load, I was aiming at the upper left bulls eye. My K31 prefers the heavier bullets for some reason.

I've since confirmed that this wasn't a fluke. It is in fact a repeatable accuracy load in my gun.
