I would like to in my small way say thanks to this Fine site and all the information thats available here So I am going to offer up for auction this ammo to anyone who wants it and all proceeds go to the site and I will pay the shipping costs. Thanks again Cast Boolits
Heres what i have: #1 is old box of Remington "Hi-Speed" in 7.62x54R they are 150 gr Bronze point There are 12 loaded rds. remaining , The box is in good cond with the one end tab ripped and missing some color.
#2 Is an Odd ball ! it is 303 British cal. Heres the Odd part It was remanufactured by Lapua in Finnland in the 70's using surplus Radway Green Ball ammo , Basicly they pulled the bullet and powder and added there charge of powder and their soft point bullet. There are 9 rds of the RG ammo and I'll also include 7 rds of Norma ammo that came with the box when I got it. Box is not torn but has a big R on the front You can still easily see the Lapua L's
#3 lastly is for 54R collectors if there are any here, I have one 20 rd bundle of Albanian Light ball But heres the catch Its steel cased! 99% of the Albanian surplus 54R ammo that came into the states was Brass cased This is laquered steel with a greenish tint like the Czech LB
I know this is not much to offer and may not be eveybodys cup of tea as they say But I hope someone here would like to add these to there collection . I would like to run this till Oct.15 I will try to get a Picture of them up after I resize it to forum limits
