Ned H. Roberts bio

Not sure where to post this, but I'll start here. Anyone know where I can find a biography of Major (I think) Ned H. Roberts? About all I know is that he was a ballistician and author of several books on shooting. I've done a Bing and Google search but come up empty thus far.

Caplock Muzzleloaders give a good description of his early life and Gun Digest had a brief Bio in an issue way back. In addition there is some info in Pet Loads under guns of Ned Roberts.

Dave, are you looking for specific info, such as "Major Ned H. Roberts and the Schuetzen Rifle" ? Lots of books out there such as the previous mentioned title. Have you tried a Wiki search yet?

Yes, I did check Wikipedia. The only Ned Roberts it had was a soccer player. I'm just looking for a little more than what I have mentioned in order to add something of parallel interest in an article I am writing on the .257 Roberts.
