I'm down to a couple hundred LP primers after today. I've still got a bunch of LP Magnum primers that I can use if I get in a bind.
I've got two orders for LP primers "10,000". One from Graf & Son since early Feb.
I caught LP primers in stock at PV the other day "Winchester" and ordered 10,000 from them but they went out of stock sometime from the time I put the primers in my cart and checked out and after my order I went back and they were sold out so I hope my order made it through. I did get an invoice, just not the one with shipping included.
If I can get this order, I'll cancel the one with Grafs unless they ship at the same time.
I've got enough 45 acp loaded now to make a few range trips but I think that I will hang onto these loads until I have more primers in my hand.
If they ship at the same time, I'll give a few fellow Texans dibs on one of the orders for what I have in it. someone who is in driving distance.

Sooooo glad I stocked up before the election. Now to just maintain my current stock level and I'll be set for a long time.

I've got plenty of everything else. I've been shooting my 45's a lot lately. Three of them get hungry. I do have a good selection of LP magnum primers that would work.
I saw it coming too but when you shoot a lot you either have to cut back or scrounge. I won't pay the high prices of what I see at places like Bass Pro and many of the LGS's.
I've got 10,000 Winchester ordered from PV at $28 per K. I think that order went through. I'll know in a few weeks. The price still ain't cheap. I've been shooting Wolf LP primers with great results.
I've got another 10,000 Wolf LP ordered from Graf at $21.20 per K. Big difference in price but both prices are pretty good in my book.

Very nice, I've never had 600 rounds made at one time... I need to get to the reloading room more often! My buddy did surprise with an 8lb jug of 231 this weekend... so yeah, I don't have the primer supply to user up that whole jug either! -Brad

You've got a high primer in the 2nd box, 4th row, 3rd one from the left.:kidding:

Me too! Just finished 2,200 45-185-SWCBB, but still have a couple K of LPP in inventory. To me that's a crisis. And I only have nineteen pounds of 231 left! Finally got my SDB parts in and I can start loading 2 K each 9mm, 38 Super and 40 S&W. That should keep me supplied until prices get back to a more affordable level.

OP, that is a pretty sight! I still have about 1500 45 ACP cases to load. That does not count the ammo can full of WCC brass a co-worker gave me.

Great job DownSouth, love the .45acp (my favorite by far). Cudos for sharing too if the time comes.
I guess "stocked up" is relative to each of us. 1000 live rounds of each caliber I own with 2000 each of LP,SP, LR, SR primers. I love ammo cans for storage.
One for each gun I own, not caliber as my 3 9mm's are 3 different bore sizes etc.

I might be willing to take some of those primers if you get more than you need. I'm not in a "crisis" yet, but unless some of the local gunshops get some in pretty soon, I might be..
