While looking up loads for my Swiss K31, I found your "Surplus Powder Data" and it was a great help. Been reloading and casting bullets for 30 years, never found such a great source of info and help. After checking out your site for so long I figured I'd register and say thanks.

Mike,

Welcome aboard sir.

I'd been shooting/casting for 25+ years and pretty much stumbled onto this site the same as you.

The knowledge base can't be measured, it's far to vast. And the people on this site are some of the friendliest, most helpful you could ever wish to find.

Where in NY? Rochester myself.

Welcome to CB. If you're so inclined beers, coffee and chat are mainstays every night.

Welcome.

Not a finer group exists on the web, in my opinion.

So much knowledge here, and not just about cast boolits.

Glad to have you.

It is good to know that in these times of trouble and politics in the Empire state there are still a few solid gunfolks back there. Originally came from south of Rochester. Lots of wisdom on this web! Welcome aboard!

Welcome, Wolfspotter.. I'm all so from NY, Northern NY on the beautiful St. Lawrence River. Can see Canada out the front window. Shoot Benchrest mostly, but have a 45-70 Gatling Gun to try my cast bullet loads in. Funny thing, it likes most anything that a trap door will safely digest, speed record, 40 rounds in 3 seconds. Might be a match for Ed McGivern's records, for it weights as much as he did. Jon

Hello! I am from New York as well. I live about 20 miles south of Buffalo. I will bet you will just as amazed with the collective knowledge here just as I am.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. I'm from Hudson Falls near the southern end of the adirondacks.
brshooter: One of my younger brothers lives off in your direction and is an engineer at Alcoa in Massena. Bought a small farm on Converse Rd in the Fort Jackson, Nicholville area. He's also the fire cheif up there. Got him into shooting when we were young and the lucky ba$$tard gets a deer or two every year.
