I don't know if I would trust buying powder from craigslist no telling what you may end up with.

Without a fully intact factory seal, I would pass. A couple bucks is not worth it considering you stand the chance of losing your body parts or your life.

I can inspect and measure a boolit or a case. I can try a new or previously owned lube. Primers I will buy second hand IF I KNOW THE SOURCE; and I mean well. Powder is something I'm unwilling to take any chances with. I want that new in a sealed container from a known mainstream retailer; Graf, PV or the like.

I use to buy 452AA in kegs like that. It has been a long time since any of the manufacturers have packaged it like that though. If the keg looks sealed properly you could compare it to a known can of powder. I still have one of the empty kegs in the reloading room and as I remember, it would be very difficult to open it and reseal it to look like factory. You had to cut them open.

OOPPS I looked at it again and that looks like masking tape wrapped around it.

i recently bought an 8 lb bottle from Powder Valley for $106.80. $215 for 10 lbs seems a bit high.
