Today was a good day at the range, my little girl got to shoot a rifle for the first time ever (22 cricket) and I had some great success with my 30-30 and 30-06. I will let the pics do the talking, all shooting was at 50 yds with open sights...
30-30:
311041 sized to .311
Lubed with carnauba red and one of my aluminum checks
34 gr of IMR-4350 (max jaxeted load)
Fed 215 mag match spark plug

RCBS 30-180-FN sized to .310
Lubed with Carnuba red and my aluminum checks
57 gr of H-1000 and 57gr Retumbo
Fed 215 mag match spark plug

Does anyone here have quickloads that could run the numbers for the 30-06 load? It recoiled like a full power load but the day was mostly about the kiddo and this was just a side shoot for me...
