Sorry, I dont have any data for that bullet with the powders you already have. The lil gun loads worked best for me out of the powders I have tried for it. I am loading 16.5 grains, and crimping just at the crimp groove. That load works well with 150 grain jacketed as well, but the cast shoots tighter groups. The best group I got with that load so far was 147 grain 54r pulled bullets. I know, .310 bullets, but I worked up a ladder, and there were no signs of pressure. For some reason I get flat, horizontal strings with that one. Hmm, must be something I am doing between shots.

What firearm to be fired in? Which mold?

On the safe side, start at low jacketed data on that range and work up. I've used unique, h110, lil gun and a1680, no data personally with those powders.

The best load for me in 16" AR-15's under 155 gn cast is 18gn of Reloder 7. H4198 is too slow and H4227 was not accurate in my rifles.

Just shot my first loads last night with the Lee 7.62X39 boolit in my AR BO. I don't have the powders you listed but tried RX-7, 2230 surplus and 4759. At 18 gr of RX-7 the group was 6.75" and at 18.5gr the group was 3"H X 2"W. These were 10 round groups at 100yds. I'm going to creep up on that load since I'm not getting bolt lock back and it seems to be going in the right direction.
I'd like to try some 1680 since that is supposed to really work well but finding any powder right now is a real chore and the price is ridiculous so you sort of need to work with what you have in stock.

Need a powder with a longer duration of pressure, rather than one having a short duration. Need a faster 2230. Not a 4759 because it has NO nitroglycerin which the latter extends the pressure range. Any old Hivel laying around? Stuff has 40 percent nitro!!! ... felix

What about LeverRevolution powder? Worth a try. ... felix

I use 15.3gr of H110/W296 with this boolit, works perfectly in 2 uppers we have.

Subsonically? ... felix

The request wasn't for subsonic, and obviously my load is not subsonic.

Any idea on what velocity that is running at? I just started casting and this will probably be my "go to" boolit for my 300, which is due in the mail this week!

Thanks in advance.

For what it's worth... I'll be running a 16" Black Hole Weaponry, pistol gassed barrel/ upper assembly.

I've only tried Lil Gun for the Lee x39 150gr. With lube and gas check, my conventional groove Lee Harris boolit is weighing more like 162 IIRC.

I'd have to look in my notes when I got off work to verify my load. I chrony'd mine just shy of 2000fps. I haven't got the chance to really test accuracy. But they cycle well shoot well, and leave the bore clean in my upper.

Lil Gun and H110 have been available at Bass Pro here and there post-panic.

I finally got to use a buddy's chrono. I ran 3 loads with the 312-155.

14.5, 15, 15.4grs lil gun
Mixed formed .223 brass trimmed 1.358
Light crimp lee FCD
Col 1.988
10" spikes lothar walther 1/8 twist on AR pistol.
Avg. Velocity for high charge around 1800fps
Groups roughly 1.25" at 50, for me.

Slightly flattened primers, no ejector marks. Ran smooth, no issues

Well I'm not Moonie but I run the same load in my Savage bolt gun and it runs right around 1800 FPS.

Yup, mine is just a tad over 1,800 if I remember correctly.
