I'm trying to find out the Lyman mold # for their old 25-35 Win. mold:cool: Can anyone help?

the old Ideal handbook lists the following boolit molds:

257231 and 257325. The 257231 was available from Ideal as a 65, 88, or 111 grain boolit by making the same boolit design longer by adding bands and lube grooves. I looked ay Lyman and the closest thing they catalog is the 257420 which is a 65 grain gas check design. MidwayUSA wants $68 for this mold which is currently back ordered. Saeco and RCBS don't have anything close. You could order a custom from any of the vendors here at a similar price. You might go to swapping and selling to see if you can get some cast for you or if someone has a molds they would part with. Good luck
