is n110 reducible?

I have a jug of N110 sitting here and am wondering if it can be reducible or is it like h110 or 296 with little reduction allowed.

Agreed with what andrew375 said. Hodgdon's concern is that reduced charges might not produce enough pressure to push the bullet out the barrel. I have used reductions of 20% to build my data charts for my bullets in the 44 Mag without any problems.
