Help: my eyes are tired

A little help here would be appreciated. I have spent several hours looking for the post about "37 items to get from the grocery store" before TSHTF. Even used the search function and my eyes are about done in. If some of you feel that this post is an insult please accept my apology in advance.

I got so fed up with the video I quit. Do they every actually mention the items? Or is it just a verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrrry long sales pitch for their other items?
