Went urban harvesting yesterday

I was a bit late for the pear trees I visit annually. Only got about 20lb though one pear was a pound on its own.

Also got about 4lb of sweet chestnuts.

Ohh man, I love me some pears. An old fella up the road here brings me a couple five gallon buckets full every year. I can half and usually eat the second half in the process of peeling and canning the first.
