Well I got my new to me lee 10lb'r pot cleaned out and stopped the drips. Spent 15 minutes of casting time today and got these out of it. I think I did better with the bottom pour then I did with ladel. I still have the ladel for my rifles but my pistol molds took too much lead per fill to keep the time down.

What do you guys think of them? Be kind. Lol. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/04/07/qy5evege.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/04/07/urabujy2.jpg

Look alright. By the way, it is "ladle".

Look pretty dang good to me! I got my Lee pot second hand and had to get after it with a brass cup brush in my Dremel to get all the crust off. I used a rat tail jeweler file to clean out the spigot and that helped with the drips a lot.

Its a special mold from ideal. No longer in production. lmao. I should have said I went ahead and lubed them with some carnuba red. I am really shocked with how well they came out. They didn't come out looking grau like when I ladle pour them. They came out almost silver looking. My wife said she wants to try it out next time I run some. Thank you for all the compliments.
