I found a source for the following lead alloy 94% Lead 6% Antimony, The bars are 65lbs each.
Would this alloy be ok to use for 45-70,38/357,44 mag bullets? Would I have to mix anything else to this alloy to make Lyman #2?

Thanks In Advance,
MickeyJr.

Add 3.2 oz. of 95/5 Sn/Sb solder to ten lbs. of your alloy to get real close to Teracorp Magnum alloy. Cut that mix 3:1 with pure lead and get something close to WW.

It should be very easy to work with.

Got any to spare?:-D

If I did my arithmatic right, adding 14 lbs of lead and 6 lbs of tin to 100 lbs of your alloy should get you 120 lbs of Lyman #2.
65# with 3.9 lbs tin and 9.1 lead would yeild 78 lbs #2

What if I added 1 or 2 lbs of 50/50 bar solder to 9-10lbs of this alloy how close would it be to lyman #2?
