When I was a kid, Mom always made Easter baskets for me and my brother. I told Janet about that and she said she never got one. To me, that's sad. I guess it's what you grow up with, though.

I came out of the bedroom this morning to find an Easter basket (bucket, really) waiting for me. Janet is so thoughtful of me. She has as much fun watching me open my 'presents' as I do going through them.

I didn't be a basket but did get to take my oldest nephew, 20, out to the range.
Shot the shotgun a few times in prep for turkey season then burned thru 200 rounds of 45 ACP.

For me it is as good as a basket.

The range was pretty busy, lots of guys out with family. I like that.

God bless the wife who loves. She sure deserves a hug, or at least a manly embrace.

Where is the bottle for Mr. Bill and friends? Is that in a separate bucket?

Thanks for sharing your happiness. Some would call it gloating, but I'm glad to see a happy man

Still looking myself. Wonder if 40 is too old to keep trying...

Dude, that rocks!!!!
I woke up and went to my truck and opened the glove box to find a S&W 66-4 in it. I was all happy till I realized my Dad left it there from butchering the Easter goat on Friday. Was a nice present till I had to give it back.
Good score Jim!

Got out of a bad marriage (of 32 years) twenty one years ago. Met Gail a short time later and married her four years after that. Best deal I ever made! I was 53 when I was set free SO---yes you can keep looking and I hope you find the kind of happiness we have!!!
