Hi Folks,

Lee makes two 38 wadcutter six-cavity molds. One is a traditional wadcutter and the other is a TL design. If you have used either or both of them, I would like to hear your opinion. Please tell me what you know about them.

Thanks, Tom

I have neither.
I however would look at the regular lube groove boolit a bit closer than the tumble lube one when it was time to get out the credit card.

Assuming that you're going to be loading the boolits for target shooting that generally means they're not going really fast, and so tumble lube should work fine. I've read about lots of folks that cast wadcutters, then tumble lube them as cast (without sizing) then shoot them. If this is what you have planned, then you could use either mould. If I was going to buy that mould I would get the tumble lube version, but either boolit can be tumble lubed, so the choice is really yours.
