I figure it's someone's 311041 at 0.311" X 0.995" and around 175 grains. I was in the right place at the right time, I hope, with my .303 Savage on my mind. Any idea what it is?

It looks like a 311041with the crimp groove.

Bullshop that was my first guess, but when I looked at a picture of it in the RCBS catalog it did not show a crimp groove.

I have an NEI mold that is much like that. Its a 170gn fngc with crimp groove.
