Weather up here in northern VT peaked at about 45 degrees today, and it just didn't seem right letting the opportunity go to waste!

This is the result of just under a 20pd pot, WW alloy with a little bit of tin to help fix the fill-out problem I was having with my molds. Water Quenched.

Lee 312-160 TL mold for 7.62x39! Thanks for the good trade Wayne S!

Nice. Can't wait to cast some of those myself. Let us know how they shoot.

I load those in my SKS. They sure shoot better than the surplus ammo out there for me. For what it's worth, I use 16.5 grains of 2400. The minimum amount to function my SKS. Most SKS are said to run well at 15 grains or so. Hope they shoot real well for you.

2400 and Accurate 5744 both work great with these boolits in an SKS!
