I hope I am in the right area for this.
I use Nobel #2 powder for my pistol reloading. It says on the box," Equivelent by weight to Unique" so I use unique load data.
The question...
Does any one know what Nobel Trap #1 is comparable to?

I have the oppertunity to buy 14 lbs of Nobel trap #1 for $10/lb It doesn't say what it is comparable to on the box.
I reload for everything I shoot so If not for pistol then shotgun but what to start!
I seriously hope you folks can help me out!
Thanks, Hitch

if it's rev-1 i's 4227 area.
if it's rif-1 it's in the 4895 area.
if it's trap number one it's a fast shotgun powder like red-dot type speed.
for $10.00 a pound I would have already bought it. [with some price negotiation of course]

Going from memory here, but Nobel Trap #1 was sold here in Canada for years through the Higginson company in Ontario and I'm fairly sure that the cans were marked "Use Red Dot load data" ...
You could always email the Higginson Company (still in business) and ask them?
