Has anyone heard of storing lubed boolits with a sprinkle of baby powder on them????????

Yes, or powdered mica. I takes the stickies away from Lee tumble lube. Makes your boolits smell like a clean baby butt :-)

How much baby powder do you sprinkle on lets say a batch of 100 boolits??????

Put the dried boolits on a new sheet of wax paper and lightly sprinkle them then pick them up by hand and prepare for storage. The left over powder on the wax paper sheet can then be funneled back to another container to be used again.

Does this work well with the traditional designs and standard lubes too?

And your boolits won't get diaper rash

Works with all lubes and grooves.

I personally would recommend wheat flour. Talc is ground rock. That just doesn't sit well with me when it comes to screaming down my barrel.

I just store them plain. So a few get lube on the nose. It wipes right off.

Much ado about nothing.

I put mine into cleaned Costco Cashew jars, fill till I cant lift them comfortably, and start on a new one. Also it's nice how the labels peel right off, so I can see what is in there.

I love this hobby!

I like to keep my cabinets neat so I bought some light cardboard boxes and cut them down to .44 SWC size. They hold about 175 cast & lubed bullets standing on their base. Yep, a lot of work, and really not necessary 'cause the ones stored in the baggies or coffee cans shoot just as well...
