odd head stamp

I was going through some .45 acp brass I've had for a while. The picture on the left is the most generic I've ever seen it just says 45 auto, nothing else. The one on the right is Frankford Arsenal 1935, one has a *I* head stamp. The second has a date (61) but the 60A and 45 dont seem military. Any Ideas?

I have a lot of the *l* in 45acp my understanding is it is starline

I once purchased a bunch of the *I* .357 and the vendor told me it was Independant manufactured by Federal and his house brand for an indoor range, don't really know, it has been good brass.

The 'I' is Independence brass.
