Willy,
I am starting to have trouble with the bold print for Threads that contain new posts. If I respond to any one thread and then back click, it is as if I have re-entered the board. Then nothing is in bold.
While I used to have this problem all the time on the old board, I never had this problem here up until about two weeks ago. And it is getting worse. Other than reading everything before posting, how can I prevent this?

I would stay away from "Back Clicking" after replying to a post. After you reply you are redirected back to the post you just made. Just scroll to the top and use the navigation links to go where you want to go.

Yea. Tried that this morning. No Go. Same story. The yellow indicators remain at the begining of the catagories either way I do it indicating new posts, but all the writing reverts to normal text.
I will just have to start looking at the posted dates and times on the right and hope that others got their GMT factor correct, as I didn't. I think my posts put me out on a raft somewhere inbetween Kalifornicstan and Hawaii.
I sure picked a good name.

If the yellow indicators are there, it seems weird the text isnt...
Very odd.

You'll love THIS answer. Yes, sometimes. Even happens if I go to another web browser page for a while, and then come back. I don't close CB out, just click to re-open a different page that was already loaded.
It's like there is a "refresh" done every now and then, resulting in the program assuming I've already looked at everything, not just those areas I've actually opened.
I know it does a refresh from time to time as I've come back from reading a long thread to find the type on the new threads that I've just read has reverted to normal (not bold) type while those new ones I've not opened yet are still in bold.
I've taken to just remembering (very dangerous at my age) what date I looked at last time I was here. Certainly not foolproof, but I think I see everything.

There might be a refresh setting that might be causing this... I will look into it.
