Herter's bushing size die

Sorting through the junk box and came upon an old Herter's bushing size die in 22-250. At least on this example the ID of the body is .703". HMMM..the OD of the H&I style sizer dies is .702" Anyone out there have more samples they can measure?

I have a bushing style die body that is setup for 223 neck sizing from Herters. The body ID is .705 and the insert is .690 OD.
