NOE has also made several that almost fit, seems like NOE offered a 70 gr RN, One problem with "spire point is length and no nose support. it also changes the CG. Look in the group buy section and VS section for each custom mold co offering.

The NATO bullet will not fit a 223 chamber, it was designed for the NATO chamber.

NOE has the 60 grain SAECO #221 bullet that has a good point on the nose.

I went with the NOE 225-55 which is a flat point, but cycles perfectly through my AR, with check and lube it weighs in at 62 grains in a COWW & tin alloy.
