my cast bullets are dropping heavy..

I bought a lee 140 gr swc mould. It says it is 140 but they are dropping at 148. Its not really a problem as the weight is consistant,they look great and shoot fine . Im just curious. I used coww with a pinch of stick ons.(maybe temp or alloy?)

That isn't unusual and it's probably the alloy. Expected weights are generally based on Lyman #2 alloy which is 90% lead, 5% tin and 5% antimony. Tin and antimony are lighter than lead. COWW is heavier than #2 alloy generally speaking. The pinch of stick-ons is essentially pure lead which is considerably (again, in relative terms) heavier than #2.
