How long does it take a cast boolit to reach it hardest and does it start getting soft agin??

That completely depends on 1) boolit alloy and 2) speed of cooling said alloy once it is formed, carefully and neatly, into a boolit.

Lead-tin alloys show little to no age hardening/softening. Lead-tin-antimony-arsinic alloys air cooled, about two weeks, water-drop quenched should be up to 95% of maximum hardness within 48 hours. Small additional hardening for the next two weeks then gradual softening (about 1 BHN each three months or so unless stored in deep freeze at 0 degrees Fahrenheit.)
