I'm not sure what relationship Swap Arms has to CB but I joined over there but can't post anything. When I signed up they were supposed to send an e-mail confirming and allowing me to log in. So far I haven't gotten an e-mail although I am listed as a member.

I would check your SPAM filter to see if the confirmation e-mail is in there..
I activated your account over there so you are good to go.

Is there a direct link from CB? Is it unlawfull to advertise for trade of the same item here and there?

I asked the same question on the Swap Arms board and was told that Cast Boolits listings were not allowed to be cross posted. FWIW, while that takes Swap Arms out of the equation for casting items (to my mind anyway), there are areas there to swap items that you can't list here.
