Thought I'd start a thread for Fl members to talk about guns.ammo and hunting in our great state. As anyone that's from Fl knows this is a true gun state where folks like myself feel it's not just a hobby it's your duty to own firearms. If your one of us let us hear from you,Myself I'm from north central Fl. and enjoy small game hunting and fishing.

In south Florida. Love it here, just wish it was a little more firearm friendly.

How's the ammo stocks in your area guys? Here it's beginning to look a little better then it has been lately. 22lr is still hard to find in most places kind of hit and miss. I was at a shop this morning their ammo case was fully stocked and they had 22lr and their gun rack was full of AR's and a few other guns.

I'm in martin county. My local shop that I hang out at has prob 10k rounds of everything except .22 and .223. He has a few boxes of .223 and some .22 long. Not much in .22lr. Has pleanty of ar15's and a few ar10's as well as a thompson and a full shop of handguns.

It's not back to the norm but it's looking better each day.

All Fl members should check this link out and read the story. Those in that area should work on passing the word about what has taken place and take a stand against this. http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?188890-Watch-out-at-the-range-!

I live in Plant City. Moved here from Northern Indiana 30 yrs. ago. Like to fish and target shoot. Great weather for both. Guns and supplies seem to be coming back in my area. I reload and it was hard finding primers, etc. Getting better now,I hope.

Jacksonville. This place is great. I am a life member of the local outdoor range. 2 new indoor ranges are suppose to be open within 3 miles of my house. There is another indoor range near the beach. Weather no matter how cold is always perfect for shooting.
