I just got back from my wife to the dentist to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. I so badly want to take a picture and send it to family since she looks like a chipmunk. Unfortunately my conscience is saying no.

Being an adult is so over rated.

If they removed all 4 wisdom teeth at the same time, She's in for a REAL rough ride! The Wife had the same thing done (4 at once) and it took her about a month to get over it.

My wife had all four at one time done and she was at work in three days. Of course she is tougher than me and that is why I say "yes mam, and no mam" when I talk to her.

I never developed wisdom teeth and never will. My sister did, though.

The one and only time I came up with a truly hilarious line, I could not use it. They were wheeling my now ex-wife into the delivery room and they asked me if she was allergic to anything. I so bad wanted to say "Semen, she how she swelled up".

You made a very good sound decision.
Most likely based on the one that went bad the last time you were a child. :dung_hits_fan:

If you dont remember, just ask her

Last
Dont let her know you even thought you should take her picture and then you post it.(Your thought)

She is asleep now, and I have the house to myself. I believe I will tape a target up in the den and dry fire with my SAA clone. The temptation still pulls at me though...

I had 4 of mine removed 2 years ago. Just hope she doesn't get a dry socket. Thats double the pain.

Our Grandaughter just went through that last week. She is back at work now---tough kid! Extend our sympathy to your wife! As far as the picture goes ---take one while she is asleep---you never know when you might could find a use for it!!

DON'T DO IT!! The fun will be fleeting. The paybacks long and painful!! Listen to that small voice that is saying "No, it's a bad idea." LOL

My wife says frequently that she's tired of being the only adult in the house; so I guess you know what decision I would make. :-)

Sheesh, i am glad i haven't lost mine yet, both brothers have gotten theirs yanked already, they tell me i won't need it!

Miss K had hers done and decided to still come to school the same day, not what i'd have done! Three weeks after that they put top braces on, wore them for a few months and yesterday they put her bottom braces on, she has not been a happy camper these last couple days! I tell her she looks twelve and makes me look like a creep for dating her, but she is pretty self concious about it so i don't say much about them. I think you made the right choice by not sharing pics!

I took R5R's advice and told her about it in the hopes of winning either cool points or gun buying points.

She politely reminded me of the following:
1. She shoots a handgun as well as (she claims better than) me
2. She cooks for me
3. She washes the laundry
4. She is here when I sleep
5. She knows CPR and will resuscitate me just to kill me again

see..
that's why i never lie. [choke,choke, cough]
she asked the dress question once........................just once.
the answer to that one is.
you know,,,, that color really doesn't go with your skintone, something a little darker would highlight your cheekbones and maybe match those [insert color here] shoes i seen in the closet the other day a little better.
[however, you better know about those shoes, at least the color and thier approximate location]

If she is asleep, she will never know you took the picture. But, you better keep it hidden on fear of your life!!!

Dude, take the pictures while she is sleeping. Make duplicates. Hide one set. Show her the other set and say you have copies. That there's blackmail material!!!

Years a go my wife was on her way in to the OR for some surgery , she asked me what I would do if she didn't make it. I said I was going to go home and shoot the cat. Nurse started laughing so hard she had to stop to get her self together. Wife made it, the cat lived a few more years.
