Can anyone provide a list of the custom moulds that have been designed by our members and produced by Lee for the group? Also, does anyone have the design drawings for these moulds in case someone wishes to head-up another group buy of them?

I have been in on some of the buys and missed others and am wondering what has been made.

Thanks in advance,

The drafter owns the drawing on these. You would have to get his ok along with the designer.

Thanks 45 2.1,
That answers one of my questions. The other question is can anyone provide the caliber, cast dia, bullet shape and mold designation of these moulds?

Thanks again,

............Sundog had started to put up a list of the custom moulds done on the Castpics website (castpics.net).

There have been 4 in 6.5mm

A C309113F copy done in 6 cavity

A C311-200RF

A C316-220 RF

Another 'Fat 30' (i think like a C316-185F)

a 45 cal 500 gr paper patch

A 358-180

Three 8mm's done (2 still available from Mid-South)

..........Oh heck I can't even begin to recall them all :-) Just look at the old Aimoo site and this one, and that's only about 2 years worth!

Who made the paper patched bullet? Any specs on it? I am looking for a good PP mould right now.

Greg

...........I sure don't recall who did the legwork on that deal. It was a good 1-1/2 to 2 years ago. I think it was done during the transition when most the old Shooters.com group was at Accurate reloading and Ken had just cranked up Cast Boolits on the Aimoo hosted site.

I know it was for a 500 gr slug, and I think a kinda pointy slug to drop at .452" or so. NEI offers the widest selection of moulds for paper patching to my knowledge.

Let me look on my other computer - I've got the AutoCAD drawings & other info on it and a few others I drew for the folks that took the leadership on design and marketing. A number are posted through Hunt101 but they're in the middle of transition to new software.
