Getting NRA logo under Avitar - Need some help!

So I notice that quite a few members display the NRA member tag under their Avitar or name. How does one get this working?

I am currently an NRA member and wish to have that known.

Go to your user control panel, then click on the "My Account->Permission Groups" link in the left-hand sidebar & select the various groups you wish to participate in & click the "Join Group" button to apply changes.

On top of page below the line that starts with forum go over and click on the forum actions. On the pop-up click on general settings. Next page click on permission groups , on the right side is a list that you can choose from.
