i liked basic training, except they feed you too much.

wow june.
obstacle course the end of july start of august maaan.
i remember getting off the airplane in february and throwing my coat in the garbage before even going to pick up my bag.

Another AF lifer chiming in.
Congratulations on her choice and tell her to make the most of whatever she is given. I was pretty sure I would die long before my 20 years were up but on the day of my retirement it seemed like just yesterday I had joined up. I have been retired for ten years now and am still reaping the benefits of my training and experience. I thank the good Lord for all the places I was able to go, the things I got to do, and all the people I met.

Thanks for all the good wishes. She always wanted to be flight attendant but I'm not sure which MOS she settled on. I'll find out.
