How do you register here?

Knew I was stupid, didn't really need a reminder... How does a new guy register here? Got a guy in Ft. Worth that wants to join and I don't know where to refer him to register.

You have to be logged out then a "Register" link will appear in the blue bar where the "User CP" link is when you are logged on. Here is the url for the link:
