w0w!! I guess the hours spent watching clouds from a lawnchair or flat on my back from a dock, has me "seeing" things. From here, it looks like a stuffed elephant. His trunk is going towards the pillow, and his little legs are at the edge of the cushion. He has pink feet too.

I can't believe you don't see the little elephant with pink feet! He's right there! LoL!!!!! He's grey, his trunk has a white tip and his two front legs have pink feet. Keep looking, you'll see it. Head back up to the main picture in the OP and save it as a desktop background if you must.
