It's a love story about a small dog named "Toby" and his desire to save the dwindling population of American lead wheel weights from extinction. As a chihuahua, he learns the value of inner strength as he pulls a 1950's era radio flyer wagon uphill with a tattered rope and three good hard rubber wheels. The fourth is out of balance and wobbles, which causes a load shift and spills two of the three 5 gallon buckets filled with WW's onto the roadway.

It's riveting to say the least. Definitely worth a WILCO rating of 6 stars!
